Returns Policy & Shipping Information

  • Returns are accepted on unwashed, unworn merchandise within 7 days of the original receipt of the package date for IN-STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY.
  • Return packages must be postmarked within the 7 day allowance.
  • All merchandise must be returned in original condition with the tags attached.
  • You may not return or exchange the following items: Spanx, bodysuits, intimates, sticky bras, lingerie tape, clear bags, jewelry, items red-lined as final sale, sale items, promotional items, seasonal items, or gift cards.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box. If the shoe box is used as the shipping box or if there is no shoe box sent back, we will deduct $10 from your credit amount.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after receipt will only receive partial credit if that item has since been marked down.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, then you will be emailed an online store credit code to use towards a future purchase. The online store credit code will expire one year from the date of its creation.
  • Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchanged. Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged for other items.
  • Exchanges (if applicable) If you want to make an exchange, call us at 225-343-2352 or email us at customerservice@bellabellashop.com. You must ship out your items within the 7 days of receipt of the package. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, we can ship you your item for exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
  • Shipping -We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you’d like a prepaid return label, email customerservice@bellabellashop.com to request one. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit.
